my baby has a runny nose i think he has a cold. can I give him paracetamol drops and anything else to ease his runny nose

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be usefd in a proper doshe for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Sinarist af Periodic drops can be given to the child currently this is what I can tell you are the most healthy option to go for As paracetamol is only given during temperature not for cold so it’s better that you go out with a medication that I’m suggesting to you you can give 10 drops twice a day to design for three days
