Q.
my baby has a fever of 99.0 temp. now she has running nose. i had gave paracetamol 1.5ml, for running nose wgat should I give. she started with lot of cough and vomited 4 times yesterday night.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest.
As a part of viral illness there co NJuld be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .
