Q.

my baby has a fever for a day and again it goes on its own ,again after a fortnight or week the same thing happened.

A. Could be viral which usually comes after every four yo give hours interval so give calpol or dolo drops to the baby abd repeat the dose after every give hours interval but don’t exceed mire than four doses in a day
