my baby has 3months 20 days old today I observed after her bath left hand vaccination spot has fuss and redness .is it normal? any infection?then tbact ointment applied

it is normal to get on Vaccination site
as such no need to worry
just keep that area clean
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
