Q.

my baby has 3 meals per day breakfast oats and half banana lunch 2 fulka roti with sabji & 2-3 spoons of dal rice evening snack fruit or appam dinner pulav or nachni I wanted to know that during naps and while sleeping at night she still wants milk maximum how much qty of milk can I give per day ?

A. dear mom, its okay that she demand milk in night. you can give her 16 oz milk per day, feed her on demand durung night. o k
