my baby has 21 month he is suffering from cough and running nose can you please help me which medicine is needed?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give drops maxtratra one ml to the child two times per day for running nose and give nasal saline drops every three hourly in the nasal cavity and home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination and turmeric with milk
