A. yes can give bath keep the child well covered and cover the ears and neckof the child properly to prevent temperature variations. give nasal saline drops every 3 hours which will help in decreasing both cough and cold. you can also go for indirect steam inhalation. continue regular diet and keep child well hydrated. if the child is well hydrated then cough and cold will improve rapidly. anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after mxedical consultation. can give indirect steam inhalation.
