my baby has 10 month aged. (7 wt). she has fever in 100.3 °. in my hand ACETAMINOPHEN(synamol-250) have. how much quantity , how many times, how much time intervel to given to my baby?

A. if the weight of the baby is only 7 kgs you have to you only 2 ML syrup to the baby 3 times a day depending on the need and do sponging of the baby
