Q.
my baby had viral four day back and we visited his paediatrician and he gave some medicines and thereafter he didn't have fever and he was recovering. Today again he has fever and has had vomit 3 times. I have still been giving the prescribed medicines. I have given paracetamol drops twice... but fever is still there...Please suggest what to do.. Should I take him to doctor right now or should I wait till morning ?
