my baby had vaccination one week before 45 th day vaccine,he is still having fever and swelling in leg

It should not be because of vaccination now since it has been a week like you mention could be due to any other reason would advise you to kindly consult your paediatrician regarding the situation as a physical evaluation would be important in this case
