my baby had severe diarrhea and vomitting .we stayed in hospital for 3 days now it cured.it been 5 days we reached home.now can I give cow milk and curd to ger??

A. dear mum, you can give fresh homemade curd and cow milk to your child. curd helps baby in digestion and improves the gut health of the baby. it is also a rich source of calcium, protein and B vitamins.
