my baby had one episode of respiratory distress with tachypnea and broncholitis at age of one month since then he is having blocked nose (20 days ) I am using saline drops but when he will be absolutely fine

Get in touch with your paediatrician to clarify your concerns. Considering the present condition your doctor will advise you further. Good luck and take care.
