My baby had fever from past 3 days we took her to the doctor n got medicine(paracetamol n one antibiotic) she got better n started getting fever after 12-12hours then we got her tested and Vidal test came positive today, doctor gave the medicine, but now her body temperature is like 95.4 , 97.2 , 95.8. Should I worry about this or it’s normal

A. The body temperature is on lower side but if the vidal test came positive then you must complete the course of medicine and follow up with your doctor and rest is very important abd keep fluid intake good
