my baby had fever for 4 days and we have given paracetomol dose a little higher i.e. 4ml per dose. now the fever is gone but yesterday he had colic problem and today we can see some rashes on face. is it concerning due to overdose of paracetomol

A. apply calamine lotion on skin rashes, if there is no any improvement. in rashes or it keeps spreading other parts of the body then consult your babys doctor in person.
