my baby had dry cough since last three months I have gave her all the treatment but the cough did not get rid... what to do please suggest is it dangerous for her

I will not say it is dangerous but this is definitely you do some allergy reaction that it is not subside and that is not healthy for the child so get an allergy test done for your time to have better clarity and accordingly we should go ahead with what they suggest
