Q.

My baby had blood in his stool last month. We went to the doc and after stool examination he prescribed zifi 50 for five days and said it is due to infection. After the medication my baby was doing normal poop and no blood. But after 15 days I can again see blood in his poop. Is it due to infection again or there could be something else? I am yet to visit my pediatrician yet.

A. hi it can be infection or allergies get your baby evaluated by the doctor in person. Its important in this case. avoid home remedies in this case make sure baby is comfortable and well cared.

A. if your child is having blood in the motion it is either because of some infection in the stool for sometime because of hard motion also which causes injury locally can lead to blood in stool
