Q.

My baby had an episode of gastroenteritis with fever got admitted full vourse of antibiotic continuing zinc and enterogermina but his stools are still watery with fart and pale yellow in colour whts the prblm/ diagnosis

A. dear mom. please do give her stool binder food, natural probiotics, and can give her zinc suspension. for more it is good to once talk to your treating doctor ok
