my baby had a vomiting and diarrhoea with fever so doctor suggest ondem metronidazole paracetamol and lactic acid with vitamin whenever he will be fine I gave him two times of medican but he is not well

It’s Mostly due to stomach infection only that needs to get check properly because these medicines of a basic vomiting and all the other issues so if all the three things are together to your child then it is mostly and mostly due to stomach infection only get that checked first
