A. feed her between 2 -3 hours, monitor she is passing urine and stool ,make her sleep at morning for 4-6hrs and 9-12 hours at night.also you have a healthy diet as your milk is the only food for your baby.take care .

A. in first six months the minimum weight gain should be 500 mg per month and it can go up to 1 kg per month also. the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding. meet the doctor for weight assessment. if the above criteria is achieved then the child is having adequate milk intake.x if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for lesyiis appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .
