my baby got vaccinated for 45 days old yesterday,and started paracetamol drops of 2ml from 12pm with an interval of 6hrs till now.how long should continue to give paracetamol drops?

A. You can give these drops for at least 24 to 48 hours or so till the time the fever doesn’t subside and if it stays despite of completing the term of 72 hours post vaccination then you may consult your doctor for further assistance because fever in any case should not stay more than 72 hours
