My baby got TCV and HEP A vaccinations yesterday on his legs...he is having hard clot kidoff where the vaccine was injected and the area is warm what should I do

A. if the area has developed the swelling and is not resolving even after taking paracetamol 3 times a day then you need to consult doctor for examination about this . .
