AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Fever, swelling and rashes are the common symptoms after vaccination.. So no need to worry. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, no signs of pain or uneasiness then no need to worry. Take care
