Q.

My baby got severe fever,cough and cold on Jan 23rd and continued for 4 days. We approached doctor on 23rd and he suggested to go with Dolo initially for 2 days and then amoxiline & potassium colmonate as nothing decreased. Fever, cold and cough disappeared on Jan 28th after using antibiotics. But again fever came yesterday which is at 102 degrees continuously till now. What can be the reason?

A. just feed well. wear comfortable clothing. do sponging with water at normal temperature, not too cold. it helps in taking temperature down. do not give medications without prescriptions. consult your doctor in case of persistent fever, poor oral intake, excessively sleepy child. .
