my baby got red spots all over the body after massage with Johnson's baby oil..doctor advised me to discontinue Johnson's products..nw wat oil shud I use for massage..

ExpertDr Arti SharmaPaediatrician8 years agoA. You can use pure cold pressed coconut oil. If it suits baby, and doesn't cause rashes you may use it.
