ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist8 years agoA. check any allergic reaction. stop using cosmetics, soaps, bathe with clean water, also some babies get allergy due to woolen clothing. wear it over regular cotton clothes. still if it doesn't disappear, consult dermatologist.

A.
