Q.

my baby got nose congestion every other day... his nose gets blocked every night and he couldn't sleep properly wakess up in the middle of night and cries .... even at night he couldn't take feed properly ...coz of the congestion... he got no cold no cough... it has been three months its happening so...last month wen i consulted pediatric ,,he said his chest is clear still its happening... what is to be done... iam very much worried about him....

A. use Nasoclear saline drops just clear the nasal block. It doesn't help in decreasing nasal congestion. But if nasal congestion is minimal then better to avoid to give nasal drops in first 3months of age. If significant nasal congestion night awakening exessive cry due to nasal congestion then give Nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days only. It will help ksl

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving indirect steam inhalation. Use Babyhug soft baby pillow to keep your baby’s head in a little elevated position while sleeping. Give your baby easily digestible homemade healthy foods and keep hydrated
