my baby got like this near nose any cream for it and pimples near mouth she bited lips help me and vaccination on 12th still not yet done

A. hello mum first of all you should make sure that your child should not bite or scratch the pimples he is having and another thing you can apply on it is antiseptic cream like Soframycin cream or Boroline cream or Candid B cream as well
