my baby got hurt by earbuds and 2 drops of blood came ,is it dangerous?

Earbuds or not recommended to be used for the kids they are very very unsafe and unhealthy to be use and if the blood came out I would suggest you to get a check with an ENT doctor because without a proper check up we cannot be sure what happened and why the blood came out and what is the situation right now
