my baby got fever last evening I gave paracetamol(meftagesic DS ) syrup 2.5ml two times n she vomit two timess n some times she is very weak can any one tell me

A. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she had a fever and after meftagesic syrup she has vomitng so don’t use this medicine but only paracetamol which is very safe
