my baby got fever every four hours?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3 years old and if she is getting a fever at every 4 hours then take her body temperature and if it’s less than 100 degrees then don’t give her any medicine but plenty of water and fruits juice

A. the baby is 2 years 9 months of age if baby is having fever you can treat the baby with paracetamol if the fever is coming continuously better consult doctor for proper examination
