my baby got fever 100 f.i gave her wikoryl paracetmol.is it better to use or any other medicine to be used.please suggest any medicine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. the medicine you have given is given for cold as well as fever so if the child is having only fever there is no need to give this medicine but go for plain paracetamol
