my baby got fallen while playing and got hurt on head slightly caused slight inflammation on back of head, any immediate treatment for this? should we give ibugesic to decrease inflammation?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.7 years old and she fell down and she has bump on her head so apply ice cube at the bump and give 5 ml syrup ibugesic plus three times a day

A. the baby is more than three years of age if baby has sustained some injury and if there is swelling put ice cube for immediate relief and consult a doctor for proper medicines prescribed
