my baby got a body rashes doctor suggested some syrups.. simultaneously baby got fever and cold and cough.. can I use fever syrup? already I have given cough syrup and rashesh syrup... what should I do?

A. Yes of course you can give paracetamol syrup yo the baby if baby is having fever abd try giving more liquids to the baby to regulate body temperature take care
