My baby given 3 and half month vaccination nd that shot is swell ND become hard bt after two weeks pus is come out nd again it becomes hard with some pus, what is the solution for that plz answer

A. child has been given DPT vaccination it causes pain fever and swelling to the swelling may be there for few days to do not very well it will go by itself
