my baby girls potty colour changed from 2 days. she is having little cough and sneezing. do I need to worry? or go to hospital?

See yellow colour is normal but if I can see something red into that then that is not normal that’s probably blood into the motion of the child and that’s usually associated with a gut infection so you should consult our doctor for a clarity further assistance on this
