My baby girl was born preterm at 33 weeks weighing 2.04kgs now she is 4months old weighing 4.9 kgs and she is exclusively breast fed Is her weight accordingly right ? Or should I start with formula?

A. Hello! There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month. in the first few months. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
