My baby girl was born premature IUGR in 36 weeks her birth weight was 2.3 kg land now she's 4.2 kg from past 2 weeks her weight is not gaining please suggest is this normal has she passes urine and motion normally

Is the weight is not increasing and if your child is on exclusive breastfeeding then maybe you need to switch to formula milk for better weight gain because till now on the weight gain was good but now that’s not happening for last two weeks and you should consult the doctor and start giving formula to the child
