my baby girl was 65 days old and in his mouth have white small spot and and he is weeping

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello there are sometimes some small spots on the face in the new borns and they should subside by a month or so. can also do coconut oil massage for the baby and persistent should be reviewed.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and if it is on tongue then it may be oral thrush and you can clean it with a wet cotton cloth and also Evaluate once with doctor as difficult to say anything about it without personally examine too.
