My baby girl's private part had some white color stuff. I apply before nappy cream regularly.. does it go and get deposited inside her private area? should I stop using cream. please suggest. I am getting very scared to clean that area it looks so complicated to clean

A. for all you know that could be the only reason you are seeing the white residue. while giving a bath you must clean the area thoroughly. and also stop applying the cream for a few days if that's ok and see if you still see the residue. in all probability you should not see.
