my baby girl passing urine straight upward like hw the baby boy pee's?is it normal?

A. My baby had the same problem and now i came to know that she has labial adhesion

A. Hello, your baby girl is 7 months old and she is peeing her pee like boys so mostly she is having a pin hole meatus and pressure on her urethras
