my baby girl is spitting a cough like white thing in a few days time (image attached). why is this happening and what should I do?

Your child is genuinely suffering with congestion it would be good for you to check with your doctor once maybe some treatment or medication would be required even nebulisation is going to be beneficial for you to clear the congestion from the chest and out of your child
