Take homeopathic treatment that is going to be very helpful in controlling hyper activities stabilising the brain and slowly you will change the brain is going to reach its age as it is supposed to be apart from that you can also take therapy like OT and speech after consulting a child psychologist

See if your child is not standing well or walking with support as of now you should encourage your child because in this age kids can comfortably stand and walk with support of that is not happening you should encourage and also get it checked with the doctor
