my baby girl is now 1 and half month old and she has gas trouble and constipation (for 2-3 days ) thats why criy a lot sometimes. so can I give her gripe water ? or should I give her janam gunthi?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no need to give any medication for this it is normal for baby to pass motion in 3 to 4 days you just read only mother milk to baby and burp well after feeding
