Serve food on colourful plates and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters so as to attract the attention of your kid. Offer different coloured fruits and vegetables as colours attract kids. Praise her even if she finishes a small part of her meal. Give her a bowl and a spoon and let her eat on her own. Let her play with the food and make a mess and this is how she will learn to eat on her own while playing, touching and finally tasting the food. Offer her favourites along with new foods that you want to introduce in her diet.
