my baby girl is not hearing properly from 1month ...when i say something she not hear properly and say 'what' what is the reason for this

A. hi is your child behaving like this only with you or others too? if a child really can not listen ,he or she can not listen others too. so first check for this. if a child really not listening ,you need to consult your pediatrician as it might happen because of excess wax or Infection.
