my baby girl is not gaining weight and her height is also less

Hello mom the child tend to double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of one year they triple it .. after the age of one they tend to gain about 2 to 4 kgs yearly a little variation is acceptable as far as they active for their age and eating well
