My baby girl is making sounds with teeth she is biting teeth’s and not eating food properly salting food

A. Hi babies grind their teeth when they erupt due to irritation. if it continues for some time then ok..but if this condition stays for long duration visit Pediatrician to rule out any underlying condition s/a worms.
