Clean this area properly with Ashok and then apply Boroline anti septic cream because sometimes a child can suffer with an infection also in this area but just to be on the safer side right to clean it properly with a mild soap and apply Boroline anti septic cream still if you feel that your child is facing the similar issue then in that case you should consult your doctor one time
