my baby girl is having cold in ear and nose and also suffering from fever ,visited to Dr he prescribed fepanil drops but not working please suggest some remedi if possible

increase breast feeding and feed your baby in a sitting position.
you may give indirect steam inhalation and use nasal saline drops

Along with the drops that you’re giving I would recommend give steam to the child indirectly that would be a very good option for you apart from that you have to check with your doctor for any other medication as this for small child we don’t recommend you to use medicine without Dr assistance
