my baby girl is 9 months old. she's passing very hard stools

A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing constipation and tried to give food which fis more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation

A. hi..# *ConstipationTips* 1. Give fruits which start with P....prunes, papaya, pears etc...they wash out little tummies easily 2. Give half tsp to one tsp Castor oil with warm water 3. Apply castor oil on navel of baby 4. Always give baby one fruit a day to avoid constipation. 5. Give overnight soaked munakka black raisins with its water.
